Indeed this is absolutely music from the honkytonks with skip, skip fiddles, tearful steel guitar, electric lead, bass & drums. DIGBY sings in the tradition of CONNIE SMITH with a touch of LORETTA LYNN in the mix and sings just as well if not better,, while the band is pure country reminicent of the early RAY PRICE sound. While most are covers they've never been perfomed any better.
