For those of you who are not familiar with the name CLIFFIE STONE, he was the founder of CENTRAL SONGS in the early to late fifties and was responsbile for the careers of such luminary country music stars as TENNESSEE ERNIE FORD & FERLIN HUSKY. HUSKEY appears herein on two of the tracks under the name TERRY PRESTON. Although STONE was more interested in the business end of of the music industry as opposed to a singing career, in l948 he scored with two hits titled PEEPIN THROUGH THE KEY HOLE & WHEN MY BLUE MOON TURNS TO GOLD AGAIN.
